Phoenix XXL
Introducing the largest Pura Vida Huts model so far, the Phoenix XXL tiny house. Minimalistic, modern, accessible and easy to be customized.
It comes in different colors, both exterior and interior.
It has 10 cm rock wool insulation, anti-condensation foil, two rows of OSB board, inside and outside and two rows of treated wood paneling, inside and outside.
The dimensions are 2.55 m wide by 7.5 or 7.8 meters long, more spacious then the standard Phoenix model
It comes fully furnished and equipped turn key, boiler of at least 25 liters, memory foam mattress, with ample storage space under the bed, kitchen and underfloor heating with thermostat and WIFI control.
In addition to the insulation mentioned above, the floor and ceiling have extra Isolair insulation and we guarantee that it will be very easy to heat / cool and with absolutely minimal costs. We also have a design and layout as an office space.

Our tiny house is divided in two areas, a living/kitchen area and the bathroom area. Over the bathroom there is space for another bed where a child can sleep confortably.

Doors and windows

Our doors and windows are spectacular! A large special window follows the shape of the gable and offers the inhabitants a beautiful projection outwards. The entrance door and windows are made of wood, double glazing with stained glass hand painted! They are the piece of resistance of our tiny house.

We are offering a 2 years warranty on the structure of the house.
You will also benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years, which allows you to ask us to repair or exchange any malfunctioning part of the house.
Delivery

Installation in a difficult location is not available for the moment. You will have to manage on your own.
